Key benefits
  • Stim-free pre-workout — 3g L-citrulline for blood flow and endurance, rhodiola for clean energy. No caffeine, no crash.
  • Real electrolytes — 750mg sodium, plus potassium and magnesium, dosed to what you actually sweat out.
  • Focus, one clean actor — 250mg citicoline for attention. No stimulant.
  • Recovery that's actually dosed — 3g creatine monohydrate for strength and repeated-effort recovery.
  • Nothing hidden — every milligram on the label. No caffeine, no sugar, no proprietary blends.
How to use

Tear one stick into 500–600ml of cold water, stir well and drink — a little sediment from the creatine is normal. Have one 30–45 minutes before training and/or one after. Creatine works on daily consistency, so a stick a day (even on rest days) is ideal.

The sodium math

Real hydration needs real sodium.

Sodium is the mineral your body actually loses when you sweat — and the one most sports drinks under-dose for taste, not performance.

IONIQ sachet pouring into a glass on the salt flats
What you lose in a session
500–800mg per typical session

A typical training session costs you several hundred milligrams of sodium. Long or hot sessions cost more.

In typical sports drinks
200–400mg per bottle

Under-dosed by 4–6× versus what you lose. You're chasing a deficit you can't close.

IONIQ
750mg per stick

A clinically meaningful dose that covers a typical session — from mineral-rich Himalayan pink salt, not the bare minimum for flavour. Add a second stick on long or hot days.

"This formula is designed for real hydration. Not flavoured water."

Our story — Oliver Hudson

Built by someone tired of the gym-bag pharmacy.

I'm Oliver — I played tennis for years, and my training bag was ridiculous: a pre-workout, an electrolyte tub, magnesium, a focus supp, creatine. Five tubs, five price tags, and I still never knew the doses.

So I built the opposite. One stick — a stim-free pre-workout, real electrolytes, focus and recovery, with 3g creatine and 3g citrulline at doses you can read right off the pack. No caffeine. No celebrity on the label. Just the doses.

Four jobs.
One stick.

Most people stack a pre-workout, an electrolyte, a focus supplement and creatine. IONIQ does all four — with every milligram printed on the pack.

Clean energy

Rhodiola for steady, caffeine-free energy. No spikes, no slumps, no stimulants.

Endurance

3g L-citrulline supports blood flow and the pump, so you fade less late in a session.

Focus

250mg citicoline for attention and mental edge — no caffeine needed.

Recovery & strength

3g creatine monohydrate for strength and repeated-effort recovery.

Real hydration

Sodium dosed to what you actually lose pulls water back where it's needed.

Muscle function, less fatigue

Magnesium and potassium support normal muscle function and reduced tiredness.

The four-pillar stack

What your body needs — in one stick.

Four performance jobs on an electrolyte foundation — 750mg sodium, 200mg potassium, 50mg magnesium. Every dose labelled. Nothing hidden behind a "proprietary blend."

When & how to drink it.

Four moments. One stick each. Stim-free, so you can take it any time of day.

Pre-training
0130–45 min before

Pre-training

"One 30–45 min before."

Pre-load 750mg sodium, 3g citrulline and the focus stack so hydration, pump and concentration are up before you start.

1 stick · 500–600ml cold water
Post-sweat
02Within 30 min after

Post-sweat

"One within 30 min."

Electrolytes and creatine while the recovery window is open. The 30 minutes after you finish matter most.

1 stick · 500–600ml cold water
Daily ritual
03Morning, every day

Daily ritual

"One every day."

One a day keeps creatine saturated and electrolytes topped up — consistency is where creatine pays off.

1 stick · even on rest days
Heavy days
04Long sessions / 2-a-days

Heavy days

"Up to 2–3 on heavy days."

For long or two-a-day sessions, up to 2–3 sticks across the day is well within safe ranges. The benefit comes from daily consistency, not mega-dosing.

2–3 sticks · across the day
Most people settle into one stick a day, with a second before or after they train
Stim-free and take-anytime. Long or two-a-day sessions? Add a second or third. Rest days: keep the daily stick for creatine.

Convenient for hot-weather play

Padel in Dubai heat is brutal. One before warm-up, one mid-match. Easy to throw a few sachets in the bag and I'm not lugging a tub of powder around.

One sachet, not four

Used to carry an electrolyte tub, a focus supplement, magnesium and a recovery drink. Now it's one sachet pre, one post. Same routine, far less to lug around.

Tastes clean, mixes clear

Most electrolyte sachets are either too sweet or taste like chemicals. The lemon is light and clean, dissolves fully, no gritty bottom. Easy to drink every day.
